We grow nutritious, rich tasting beef. Our steers graze all year round on grasses and legumes such as alfalfa. They rotationally graze through the fields, which means that they are constantly getting a tasty, balanced diet of various grasses, while helping build healthy soil. They are finished on frosted fescue grass and alfalfa hay. We do not feed our cattle grain, use hormones, or any unnecessary antibiotics.
We use a local butcher that is USDA certified, state inspected, and certified in humane handling. Roasts, steaks, and ground beef come individually wrapped and vacuum packed.
